Tracy Camera Lockhart is an experienced culinary arts instructor with over 10 years teaching experience. Tracy has studied a the École Lenôtre in Paris, France and at the Zona Spray Cooking School, Hudson, OH as well as taking classes from many of the world's most experienced chefs, such as Joanne Weir, Nick Malgeri, Graham Kerr, Flo Braker, herb experts Madeline Hill and Gwen Barclay, and food chemists Shirley Corriher and Harold McGee. Tracy has a particular interest in food history and has studied with Sandra Oliver, a US expert on the foodways of the eastern United States.

Tracy has taught at the Zona Spray Cooking School, now known as Western Reserve School of Cooking, and more recently at Laurel Run Cooking School, Vermilion, OH as well as, doing special events.

Currently, Tracy is working on a cookbook for working and busy people that want to have a one stop reference for getting healthy meals on the table.
